Across the plant-filled walled courtyard there are 2 further self-contained gites in a converted barn, on 2 levels. These have 7 bedrooms between them, with full central heating, double glazing, a new roof and good insulation.
One gite faces on to the front courtyard, but is private as it has a hedge to shield the sitting area. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms, with a large salon and dining/kitchen area on the ground floor.
The gite behind faces onto the outdoor swimming pool, and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. To the rear is a large paved sitting area with direct access to the pool.
These 2 gites are within an old barn, and are connected by passage ways and locking doors on both ground floor and first floor level. This means the doors can be left open for a large family or group, or kept locked for 2 separate groups of guests.

Adjoining this is a large barn, originally used for drying tobacco leaves (hence the very high roof), which is currently equipped as a motor car workshop, for the personal use of the current owner.
This space is very versatile, and could be converted for a multitude of uses, such as yoga studio, art studio, gymnasium, or even a restaurant!

At the rear of the property, there is an outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 metres) with a poolside bar area and a large paved surround, providing ample seating area around the pool itself.
The outdoor pool looks over a large meadow, which would be suitable for horses. Wild deer are frequent visitors to the lower meadow, visible from the poolside bar in the evening.
There are many fruit trees on the property, such as apple, plum, fig, elderberry, as well as blackberry bushes.
The entire property serves as a home for the current owner, as well as previously being run as holiday accommodation in July and August, with emphasis on classic car enthusiasts.
